The UCNICNU name, music, cover art, visuals, text, design, and related creative materials are owned by UCNICNU or used with permission unless otherwise stated.

You may listen, share official links, and enjoy the site for personal use. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, scrape, reupload, sample, train models on, or commercially exploit UCNICNU content without written permission.

Paid downloads, donations, and support flows may be handled through Stripe or another payment provider. Payment providers may apply their own terms.

A purchase gives you the personal download rights described at checkout. It does not transfer copyright, publishing rights, master rights, sync rights, distribution rights, or rights to create derivative works.

If UCNICNU later adds accounts, memberships, or gated downloads, you are responsible for keeping login credentials private and for activity under your account.

UCNICNU may suspend or limit access if there is abuse, fraud, security risk, chargeback abuse, rights misuse, or violation of these Terms.

Do not use the site to break the law, interfere with the site, bypass payment or download protections, attack infrastructure, submit spam, upload harmful code, impersonate others, or misuse contact and email forms.

Do not attempt to access private files, environment variables, unreleased content, private downloads, or backend systems.

The site may link to or embed third-party services such as Spotify, YouTube, YouTube Music, iHeartRadio, Stripe, Supabase, Cloudflare, and social platforms.

UCNICNU does not control those services and is not responsible for their content, availability, policies, or decisions.

The website is provided as is and as available. UCNICNU does not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that every part of the site will always be available.

Music releases, download packages, pricing, merch, and support options may change over time.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, UCNICNU is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the site.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some limits may not apply to you.
