Refund and Download Policy

Digital music downloads are delivered electronically. Once a download link has been used, refunds may be limited because digital files cannot be returned in the same way as physical goods.

If a purchase fails, a link expires too early, or the wrong file is delivered, contact UCNICNU for help.

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. UCNICNU may approve a refund for duplicate charges, failed delivery, accidental purchases, technical issues, or other reasonable circumstances.

Refunds for donations or voluntary support may also be reviewed case by case.

Paid download links may be time-limited, attempt-limited, or otherwise protected to prevent public sharing.

If you paid and cannot access your download, contact UCNICNU with the purchase email and a short description of the issue.
